About Me

About Me

I am a coaching and business psychologist with a background in education. I am at my best when working with others to enable positive change, whether that be coaching on a one-to-one, collaborating in teams, or delivering training to groups. As a late-diagnosed ADHDer, I particularly enjoy working in the neurodiversity space, with health and wellbeing at work as another specialism. I really enjoy the variety that my work brings.

Some of my most important values are integrity, inclusion, authenticity and kindness.

I love being surrounded by nature, particularly on long walks with my labrador retriever. I enjoy photography, and all of the nature/wildlife photos used on this website were taken by me. I play netball, which is my weekly mindful activity!
